The province of Bataan, through the Provincial Women’s Commission held the 2025 National Women’s Month Celebration. Vice Gov. Cris Garcia, Bataan 3rd District Cong. Gila Garcia, Governor Joet Garcia’s mother Vicky Garcia and wife Isabel Garcia, Atty. Marife Andal-Concepcion, and other prominent women in the province led the celebration. Balanga City Mayor Francis Garcia also attended the event.

Senatorial candidate Camille Villar was the special guest of the event, which took place on March 20, 2025, at Louis Restaurant in Balanga City.

Vice Gov. Garcia, in her message, emphasized the significance of empowering women and providing them with more opportunities. She expressed her belief that every woman has the ability to succeed and bring positive change not only to their families but also to the entire community.

Gov. Garcia earlier said he recognizes the important role of women in driving change and progress.
