A total of 30 wheelchairs were distributed among individuals from Bataan’s 2nd Congressional District, who are differently abled.

The distribution, held last February 27, 2025, at the 1Bataan Bagong Pilipinas Integrated Action Center (1BPIACC) was through the collaborative efforts of the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) headed by PWD Officer Meynard Bryan Reyes, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), and the office of Congressman Albert Garcia.

Said initiative aims to enhance the mobility and quality of life of people living with disabilities, ensuring that they have better access to various services and activities within their communities.

This is also part of a broader effort of the Provincial Government of Bataan to provide essential resources and improve the living conditions of those in need, ensuring they are given the tools and support necessary to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
